::UPU??SESMA??

Posted in M.C.B.O.D.C.K Originals on 27 February 2006 by afabakar

Today was as usual…nothing special happened. I wish that one day a miracle could happen to me. Anything that could make me better than ever. UPU online application form was opened since several weeks before…just now nizam came to my house and asked me to help him filling the form. Not a big prob, just switch on the pc, connect to the internet and enter the website. As easy as abc. Okey…the big plan for tomorrow. I’ll go to my lovely school….sekolah menengah sains sultan mahmud tomorrow..hahahah. can’t believe it. I’d made that plan weeks ago, so i thought that why i can’t just made it realistic? The plan is, at 0700hrs, my parents and me will go to Kuala Terengganu. On the way, we’ll fetch Amir CD at saujana. Then, send my mom to her meeting venue, while we cruise around the city. Then, in the evening, my dad will let us in the city, and we’ll go to  SESMA by bus. Hahaha..what a plan. Why i’m going to SESMA? Just a hobby. Neehh..just to say hello to the wind orchestra team. I would like to hear their new songs, Katak Lompat, Seagate Overture and Di Mana Kan Ku Cari Ganti. Surely they can do their best…although i’m not playing anymore hahha. Tomorrow, they ill perform in front of Terengganu’s MB a.k.a. Pok Yeh…i don’t know for what function, but it must be a grandioso one. I wish i could watch them.. So, hopefully that my plan will work better, and nothing worst case scenarios happened. Bonne nuit…merci beaucoup!

Hahaha…for the first time ever, i won the Wayang Kita contest..ahakzz! Got a pair of tickets to watch the ‘Keeping Mum’ movie…featuring Rowan Atkinson as the main actor. I didn’t expect to win that prize, since there are maybe many, tons of people out there who entered the contest. Yup, the question was quite easy, and finding the correct answer surely not much a problem, considering that there’re many sources…everywhere. The World Wide Web itself  can be the answer for almost af the questions in the world, right? OK, back to the main point. The tickets are acceptable in TGV and GSC cinemas..hahha…just a flexible one. But, the main problem is, I’m standing on the ground of ALOR LINTANG, BESUT, TERENGGANU. Neither ALOR LINTANG, nor BESUT and nor TERENGGANU has a cinema….just keep my dream on..and watch it fly awayy. So, the best solution- JUST POSt THEM TO MY SISTERS’s HOUSE.. she lives at Putra Heights..just let them (fyi, i have 3 sisters) enjoy watching the movie, while i live horribly, lonely here. Despite all those -ve feeling on me, i thing that maybe i should do something to cheerish my  dull life..something that makes me feel out of the box. I’ll get it later.  So..the next plan ..mabe i’ll go to KL on next week..God willing. I’ll be there from next thurs/wed till 12th of March… having a short travel..walk around the city..like what i’d done in December 2005. After completing my SPM, i went to my sis’s house..helped her to move in a new house..and then wandering around KL with my friends. I had a ride on a roller coaster in Berjaya Times Square with Izzi and Mat Z.. and that was one of my greatest moment in my life. As a first timer in the ride, my nervousness is like kiling me!  Hahaha…that’s just a small matter. I’d really enjoy the wonderful ride at all.

::All in a day’s work

Huh, i’m just finished my work just now..what? I’m working? Hehehe..some kinda part-time job. I helped my father (boss) to do his school work, working on the teachers’ and students’ timetables. LaptopQuite a tiring one, since i used a timetable-generating software based on MS-DOS..yup..it’s a software created in 1989…just simple yet complicated. For the past 2 days i can’t even made a complete timetable,just click here..click there..click here and everywhere! Learning how to use it is much harder than entering the data…harder than i thought (just a 1989 software….as easy as abc? WRONG!) Thank god, now i know what really the instructions are…how to use it..how to enter the data…etc. So, my job was done.

Result shall be announced on 13rd March..that’s about 3 weeks from now. NErvouS!!NeRVouS!!

Just a short one for today…tired ah!

takde mood nak tulis hari ni…  :-(

::A ‘Road Tour’

Posted in M.C.B.O.D.C.K Originals on 23 February 2006 by afabakar

Today was as usual, watching television in the morning, making simple breakfast by my own (deep fried french fries with chicken nuggets). So, what’s about the road tour? Hahaha..the story begins here. Nizam called me, asked what to do in the morning, since both of us were lonely in our home. And, he suggested that we could have a nice ride, somewhere else in Alor Lintang. I fetched him at his house, and then we took a ride on a motorcycle. He then spontaneously said, "Let’s go to syamil’s house"…so that’s still a good idea for me. We took off to syamil’s house around 12 pm..talked each other for another one hour and the went home. Huhuhuhu…I’m just downloading floAt’s Mobile Agent..a software for my Sony Ericsson J300i. Using the software, i can manage almost everything in my handset:file manager, upload mp3, games and applications, send n retrieve sms using my computer, make calls, receiving calls, notes, tasks, just everything. And incredibly, i could know my handphone’s tempreature using it! The average temp is 35C …hahaha.(tak sangka ada jugak software camni). Since my J300i doesn’t have IRdA n Bluetooth, I just connect it using a usb data cable, DCU-11.

:: A boring, typical day

Posted in M.C.B.O.D.C.K Originals on 22 February 2006 by afabakar

Hi..it’s me again! AHakz..not a surprise. As usual, i start my day with solat subuh, and then continued my journey to the fantasy world..where i can create my endless imagination..hahaha. THe real thing is, i continued to sleep.. till 8 o’clock. Watched my favourite show, Whose Line Is It Anyway started at 8 on Star World. Drew Carey always have ideas to make the hilarious show one of the best tv programme. Malcom comes after that, and then Macam-Macam Aznil at 10, Charmed, and so on…too many tv programmes ti be watched by me, alone. Yes, this is my life after SPM, eat, sleep, watch tv, eat sleep, watch tv, (13240 X).  But the best of the rest is Macam-Macam Aznil. It’s too funny, and i can’t resist to laugh, laugh, laugh everytime i watched the show. This week’s topic is Birthday. When it comes to the ‘rebut kerusi’ or chasing chairs activity, honestly, i laughed, alone in my house. Aznil was too funny, humorous, hilarious and etc. As usual, after watching tv in the morning, it’s time for lunch! Having a nice lunch is just enough to make me feel better, after facing this boring day. Actually, Nizam and me planned to watch the SMTM(TMS) Sports Day, supposed to launch by Dato’ Abdullah Mohd Zain (Menteri Di Jabatan Perdana Menteri). They got new, shiny Yamaha musical instruments for the band, and it’s like a new birthcoming. The band got new instruments, and yet they must be one of the best band team in Terengganu (supposed to!) But, our plan did not happened. I  didn’t call him to ask about that, and he didn’t too! So, my evening was like usual. Dull. Warrghhh!

::The moment of relief

Posted in M.C.B.O.D.C.K Originals on 21 February 2006 by afabakar

Today’s so far so good. i’d finished my first three creepy hours driving car at the institute. Lucky for me, one of the instructor there is my relative..i’m not sure how we are connected, but maybe a bit complicated one. I’m still blurry about my family tree…sometimes i met someone..with no ideas that the person is actually my relative! My instructor was very friendly to me, and sure was to otherIzzu_pistol_air_2_2 students too. He pronounced himself as Ayah Chik..but his actual name is Affandi. Thanks a lot Ayah Chik, who helps me to adjust just the perfect time and date for my driving classes…and make them erlier than i thought. I’d finished my first 2 hours with motorcycle last week, and i thought that it’s better to make them three today….just to make sure that everything was settled and i could get my L licence earlier. BUT, when i went to the counter, after doing the thumb-print-with-smart-card session, the lady said that i’d finished my 3 hours with motorcycle last week! On the blue card, it is obviously stated that i’d only finished two hours. Maybe it’s my mistake, or i’m just a lucky guy today hahaha. Gosh, i tought that i have another one hour driving that Honda EX-5 (i’m not used to it…damn hard to shift down the gear!) So… it’s a sign of relief and a lttle bit freedom to me, i think. Waith for another one week, or more, till i get my first licence. And today, i met Wani, Peje (both of them drove at the same time with me), Nizam, Idiey, Fairuz, Syafrini and Nadia. After finishing my classes at the institute, i went to Jerteh.. to have a lunch meal. There, i met AAM @ Ahmad Amir Murshidi wandering aroud the small town. His sister  worked here…at Sanadi (Terengganu citizens must know what Sanadi is!) so she give him a lift. Actually, he went to the dentist…and ……..(just guess the sequence). Yup. Literally, the dentist put Amir’s teeth away from its previous  location. 10 minutes of short chat with Amir, and i contnued my journey to the prestigous, splendid location…boulevard of Alor Lintang!

::What a surprise…

  me and my alto sax    Izzualtto_1      Surprise? Haha..nothing.  I’d attended my driving class just now…and met some of   my friends here (as i mentioned yesterday, it’s a ‘Reunion Hall’ to me). 1st, a met Jamil while on the road. He’d just started to learn…like me. Not too much different from the good old school days..just a little bit higher than me of course! Had a short chat with him…and he was very eager to share with me his project. Terengganu Alumni Portal. It’s a portal…for every school alumnis in Terengganu.( LEt me think first…i’ll tell you about my decision later ok!-Jamil). Then, i met madihah a.k.a. iDieY. She’s also taLLer than me…  i also met Luqman.. son of my ustazah in primary school..and also my ex-classmate. He’d studying in SMSAS  since 2004.  Had a chat…bla bla bla..and shared many things. SPM, school, friends, etc.. (best jugak boleh cakap2 ngan geng2 lama..teringat memori dulu2 haha)

::a good start : music

Posted in M.C.B.O.D.C.K Originals on 19 February 2006 by afabakar

Yup..a good start. i actually dunno why i choose this topic. But it’s a good start to me to write about my interest : MUSIC. Yes..yes.. i know.. all of you like music, but i’m quite different. Voices doesn’t reallyPic_0025 matter with me, i hear songs through its arrangement. Frankly, i’m orchestraholic….addicted to orchestra music. Really like it..especially wind orchestra. And the starting point : of course on my previous school, SESMA! i joined the school brass band  in 2001 as a trombonist. Then, in 2002, i switched to alto saxophone, till 2005. And my first competition: Pertandingan Pancaragam peringkat Negeri Terengganu 2001. Got 3rd place, i think. Location  : SMKSS1. Then, my side-career as a musician (cheee!) begins. Since form 2 -> form 5, i’d joined my orchestra team to SBP Wind Orchestra Competition  as an alto sax player. 3 years at the same venue-SDAR 2002, 2003&2004. Last year, they changed it-SSP, Putrajaya. Songs?

    2002 -   Highland Legend – John Moss
                Bunga Melur
                Mencece Bujang Lapok

    2003 -   Beyond The Seven Hills – Michael Sweeney
                Di Mana Kan Ku Cari Ganti
                Hu La Hup-Tanah Pusaka Medley

    2004 -   Oregon – Jacob De Haan
                Getaran Jiwa
                Hujan Di Tengah Hari

    2005 -   Ross Roy – Jacob De Haan
                Getaran Jiwa
                Putra Putri

Pic_0019_2What else can i do? Music is part of my life. Sometimes i write scores in my pc using Sibelius software or Finale. I got plenty of master score sheets: James Swearingen, Jacob De Haan, James Barnes, and of course malay songs etc. Perfect for a wind orchestra team. Hundreds of mp3 orchestra songs in my laptop.. download them using limewire.Score sheet for this year’s competition(Katak Lompat) – in my harddisk hahaha. Quite a complicated score. it has variety of genres….swing, inang, march and so on in a song. i hope that SESMa’s team can hold the silver award..or maybe gold? who knows…

Izzu_senyum_awanaWelcome to my blog site…it’s been a long time since i wrote my last blog (Jan 2005) then i stopped it. I don’t have plenty of time to write blogs last year (SPM punya pasal la nih). Hope to start my new blog life from here. Sometime it’s quite boring staying at home..lonely…nothing to do except eat, eat, eat! But, i’m still like the old me..like a stick (you know whut i mean). I got only 1@2 kilos for 3 months at home. My driving class will commence tomorrow at Institut Memandu Besut, situated in Bukit Keluang. Gosh, most of my friends and ex-friends had their classes there too! Just to mention: Nizam, Peje, Syamil, Mirul, Kemal, and even Amir CD & Syahmi who live miles, miles away from here (Setiu) have their lessons here. It’s like a ‘reunion hall’ ..keep us still in touch after completing our secondary stage. Tertiary is coming soon…wait whut i got for my SPM first!
